Privacy policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the Cattleya Photography Studio website collects, why, how we protect it, and your rights under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
When you request a booking, a quote or a gift card we ask for your name and mobile number, and may ask for your email and organisation. We keep the details of the request itself: the service, the time and any notes you write.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your bookings and requests, to contact you about them by WhatsApp, phone or email, and to verify it is you when you sign in with a code we send. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site: Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting and storage (on servers in Europe), and the providers that deliver our WhatsApp, SMS and email messages. They process data on our behalf and only to provide that service.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising cookies or trackers. Your browser keeps only what the site needs to work: your request cart and your sign-in session.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept while it is needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, request a copy, a correction or its deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within the period the law sets.
